I visited Lynn for help with anxiety that was so bad I couldn't see a future past it. Repeated trips to GP's and specialists, constant medication none where effective and just driving a nail deeper with no way out in sight. After the first session with Lynn I had control of my thoughts again and could effectively block out anything that didn't belong reducing the volume in my head by about 80% and giving me the room too breath and heal.
